INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION, BY DESIGN

Camp rates.

We intentionally limit the number of dogs we accept. Our rates reflect individualized attention, outdoor enrichment, professional supervision, and the planning that makes a good stay possible.

Every stay includes compatibility-based group placement, personalized feeding, approved medication administration, structured rest, daily updates and photos, and supervised access to the ranch’s outdoor spaces.

2–4 days

$165 / day

Per dog. A two-day minimum charge for every reservation.

5–13 days

$155 / day

Per dog. More time to settle into the rhythm of camp.

14+ days

A tailored quote for a longer stay and your dog’s needs.

One camp day is 24 hours, measured from pickup to return. Any additional partial day is charged at the full daily rate. Returning before the end of a paid day does not reduce the confirmed charge. A two-day minimum charge applies; FALL26 is available for stays of 3+ billable days. Exact times, rate tier, and your complete quote are confirmed before booking. Pet Taxi is priced separately.

Discounts & peak dates

  • Senior dogs, age 8+: 10% off standard rates; documentation of age may be requested.
  • Special-needs dogs: 10% off standard rates, following review of care needs.
  • Multi-dog households: 5% off the second dog, 10% off each additional dog.
  • Holiday / peak dates: an additional $25 per day applies on designated holiday dates.

Holiday periods include New Year’s Eve and Day, Memorial Day weekend, Independence Day week, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve and Day. We confirm exact peak dates, applicable discounts, and the final total in your quote.

Pet Taxi, planned together.

Transportation to and from camp is arranged with us. We confirm the pickup location, timing, travel zone, and care instructions before departure.

Zone A

$79 round trip

Los Angeles core service areas, including Silver Lake, Atwater, Los Feliz, Glendale, Studio City, and surrounding neighborhoods, subject to address confirmation.

Zone B

$119 round trip

Extended areas west of the 405, south of the 10, or east of Rosemead Boulevard. Includes the $40 distance supplement.

Zone C

$139 round trip

Areas beyond Zone B, including farther south or east. Includes the $60 distance supplement.

Zone boundaries are a guide. We confirm your address, route, and fee before booking; extended travel or special requests may carry an additional quoted fee.

No drop-offs or walk-ins.All attendance and transportation are by prior arrangement. Please do not travel to the ranch without an agreed plan.

BEFORE THE FIRST CAMP DAY

A clear path to camp.

  1. Send an inquiry with your preferred dates and dog’s details.
  2. Complete the Pawsport intake packet and compatibility screening.
  3. Review your care plan, travel arrangements, quote, and reservation agreement.
  4. Once accepted and confirmed, prepare for pickup.

All dogs must have a completed intake packet and approval before attendance. Vaccination records must be up to date. Dogs under six months are not eligible; dogs from six months to two years require an in-home compatibility screening with a senior dog present.

Reservation & payment schedule

  • Reservation fee: $75, non-refundable and applied toward the reservation total.
  • Deposit: 50% of the remaining reservation balance is due at booking.
  • Final payment: the remaining balance is due on the first day of service, before your dog departs for camp.

Cancellations & changes

The $75 reservation fee is non-refundable. Any additional refund depends on when you cancel and the terms in your reservation agreement. Please review the written cancellation schedule before paying; early departures are typically not eligible for refunds. Contact us promptly if your plans change.

Care needs, medication & emergencies

Share accurate medical and behavioral history, current vaccination records, emergency contacts, food routines, and medication instructions. Special needs and medication administration require prior approval. We review whether the camp environment and our available care are appropriate for your dog.

If a concern arises, we coordinate communication and veterinary care according to your agreed emergency plan. Activities may change for heat, cold, wind, wildlife, or your dog’s comfort.
